Orders and prices

Prices, taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation. If a product is unavailable or a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. We give all customers 30 days; see our Refund policy for how to return an item.

Legal guarantees

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery, articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem.
