What we collect and why
- Order details (name, addresses, email, phone, items bought): to process, ship and support your order, and to meet our accounting obligations.
- Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
- Browsing data (device, IP address, pages viewed) through cookies: to run the store and, if you agree, for analytics.
- Your email for marketing, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Shopify (store and payments), shipping carriers and, if you agree, analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Some of these providers process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Legal basis
Performing our contract with you (orders), legal obligations (accounting), and your consent (analytics and marketing).
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years, as French accounting law requires. Other data is deleted when we no longer need it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
