Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders ship within two weeks of payment, or as specified by product page.

Where we ship from

Most orders ship from our studio in Paris, France. Some items ship from Tokyo, Japan. You'll receive a tracking number when your parcel is on its way.

Customs, duties and taxes

When a parcel crosses a customs border, your country may charge import duties and taxes on delivery. These are paid by the recipient unless the checkout shows them as already included.
